Radha designs and delivers facilitation that creates environments for individual and organizational growth.

Radha is an experienced strategist, facilitator, design-thinking specialist and MC. She believes that the environment in which collaboration, ideation and engagement takes place is as important as the tasks undertaken, and she uses her experience of working with teams from across the world and a range of industries to establish bespoke environments for each client and individual to thrive.   Radha has spent her career within the sport, business and international development space,  creating strategies, developing narratives and designing workshops for, brands and talent including: ESPN, The NFL, Euroleague Basketball, SAP, Legal & General, Michael Johnson, Billie Jean King, Kate and Helen Richardson-Walsh, Sport England, Welsh Rugby Union, The NFL, World Rugby, UK Sport and numerous other national and international organizations. Radha uses her lived experience and professional training to work with her clients to create teams that can truly contribute to the development and delivery of strategies, initiatives, products and programs.  As a workshop designer and facilitator, event host, MC, public speaker, voice artist and panel moderator, Radha uses her experience of strategy design and coaching to create environments and design processes that allow groups and individuals to find actions and solutions to their most pressing challenges. She has designed and delivered a number of international leadership programs that support exceptional talent from disadvantaged backgrounds to create individual and group action plans in order to create positive change within themselves and society.   Radha has provided MC and facilitation services for Legal & General, WWE, Special Olympics, Laureus, LiveWire Sports, Sport Industry Group, Sport England, The EU and The Sports Ground Safety Authority among others. She is a regular commentator on both the BBC and Sky News. Radha previously worked for the Football Foundation, Women in Sport and London Sport. She is a former Loughborough University Athletic Union President and graduate of its Sports Science and English programs.
