Kelsey Delagardelle

Project and Strategy Manager

Kelsey aspires to evoke positive social change through creatively enhancing and building innovative sport brands, products and organizations.

Kelsey focuses on project and client management, business development, and creation and delivery of strategy and content. With seven years of marketing project management and professional relationship building experience, she has managed a diverse client-base from corporate, start-up and government sectors. She has built research and communications for sustainable sporting events in support of the Urban Sustainability Directors Network grant, created and implemented a development giving campaign for women’s athletics at the University of Oregon and developed the communications plan for the high-performance analytics team at Sport Singapore. Kelsey has also executed major marathon plans and specialty road races in the Los Angeles metro area. Additional past client work includes the U.S. State Department, Honda Motor Company, Shell Oil Company, U.S. NavySEALs, Chevrolet, American Petroleum Institute, American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Kelsey has an M.B.A from the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center at the University of Oregon and completed her capstone project with Nike Global Community Impact surrounding the topic of social impact communications.
