It has five Corporate Citizenship pillars, two of which are Access through Sports and Leadership. In addition, ESPN is growing or seeks to grow its presence in a number of global markets. ESPN wanted a strategy that was true to its mission and delivered against the access and leadership pillars, as well as offering genuine employee and community engagement.

Creating a new NFL UK Foundation
NFL UK is delivering a ground-breaking new initiative to drive British talent into the NFL through the NFL Academy and endeavouring to build a pipeline of talent and love for the sport through grassroots programming. The NFL UK needed support in developing partnerships, finding innovative ways of delivery, and defining a clear and compelling narrative to support the grassroots flag football programmes. The opportunity to enable the NFL to expand their social impact work beyond America and setting up a new foundation in the UK was one of the tools to enable them to succeed.
